At In 3 Minds Psychology Services we aim to provide a high level of professional and quality therapeutic services. Our fees are guided by the relevant professional bodies although remain below the recommended rate. Our therapists fees are individualised and based on qualifications and industry experience.

Psychologists
Amy Seear & Charrisse Van Jaarsveld
$240 per 50 minute session
Medicare & Private Health Rebates Available.
NDIS
Our fees are based on standard NDIS rates (remote location) for psychologists, social workers, counsellors and therapy assistants.
Counsellor
Alison Owens
$100 per 50 minute session.
No referral required (no rebates available)
Group Programs
Please speak to out administration staff about group program fees as they vary per program.

EAP Support
$120 per 50 minute session. No Medicare rebate available (no referral required)
Clinical Supervision
Amy Seear is a Board Approved Clinical Supervisor. and can provide supervision upon request. Please contact our office for pricing.
Comprehensive Psychological Assessments
Autism Spectrum Disorder Assessments for children (without Cognitive Assessment)

Clinical interview/observations (2-3hrs),

Vineland-3 Adaptive Functioning assessment and interpretation,

Report preparation aligning with the DSM-5 criteria for ASD

Follow up session (if required).

If school/day-care observations are required an additional fee of $240/NDIS rate per hour is charged.​
Cost $1400 (private). Standard hourly NDIS rates apply if utilising funding.

Cognitive/IQ Assessments for adults using the WAIS-IV
